Recruitment is open. CapLF has been operated as a private wormhole operation in it’s current form for a short while and as a part of a larger objectivist corporation prior to that.

Until now, we have operated as a small group focused on getting rich by exploiting the abundant resources of unknown space. Everyday hundreds of millions of isk rot around us; there is too much for our group to grab.
We’ve decided to use the experience we’ve gained through trial and error of the last 2 years living and working in wormholes to create an organized operation focused on one objective for every pilot - have fun and get rich - and thereby get richer in doing so.

Fun means activity. Activity means people. We’re an objectivist corp. but we work together. You may choose your field but then the activity will be scheduled and you will be expected to operate with the division you choose to work with.

So, while we are for the individual we are choosing to work together to achieve our individual goals. Those who join us will also share our value and views.

Membership is not based upon any level of skill points in game but upon the philosophy you hold outside of it. For this reason our application will be a series of questions that you will be asked to answer as completely yet as concisely as you are able. From these we will judge how you fit with the group. Through this process you can be assured that you will find a place where you feel at home and are fully welcomed.

Your application is private and only viewed by the Board of Directors for voting.

Once accepted into the corporation you will be offered career counseling if you desire and a contract will be settled.
Once the general contract is accepted pilots may choose to join any of the following operations if they meet the requirements.

Available Divisions
K-space operations
- Industry (research, manufacturing, mining, planetary interaction)
- Combat (righteous war declarations, low/null sec roams, stress inoculations, covert industry defense ops)
Wormhole space operations
-PVE “sleeper” ops (we run class 5 and 6 radar and mag sites – anoms when we’re bored.) corporation buys all loot and op pays out based on share system.
-Mining ops (Gas is by far the most profitable. Ore is plentiful ABC and everything else lots of morphite.)
-Intel gathering and Wormhole defense (vigilance)
-scheduled and ad hoc PvP roams to worm hole space, Low and Null.

-We’re different than other corporations – the effort of each pilot is rewarded commensurate with their contribution to any activity.
-Private property rights are respected and nothing is expected from the pilots or the corporation for nothing.
-Pilots joining the corporation must agree to a contract of employment which will spell out the agreement between the pilot and the corporation. This contract may be canceled at any time by either party.
-Members do not live at the whim of some CEO. As the Constitution, the general contract and others as amended for specific tasks will remove any ambiguity

Most of us like to just log on and have fun. We have to remember that this doesn’t always just happen. If we just log in sometimes we end up spinning for a long time. We recognize and reward the drive of pilots to make things happen.


Fort his reason we offer specialized contracts to a limited number of qualified pilots. These contracts include
PvP squad leaders and FC - who are paid by the roam and per kill of roam.
PvE Op leaders – are paid additional share for organizing and calling op.
Wormhole industry and mining (ore/gas) contracts – purchase loot and raw resources at small discount of jita
Known Space Industry managers – contract to operate high sec pos for research and manufacture, mining operation leaders, pvp leaders.

These contracts are designed to reward the effort and success of the people who organize our fun. Gratuities aren’t discouraged either.

So, if you are in a corporation that uses your effort and time but doesn’t reward you or taxes you too heavily or if you are a producer and organizer who no one appreciates – we’d love to consider your membership where you will be rewarded for your effort.
